Life in Utah is moving forward and we are adjusting to the higher elevations and cooler temps. The leaves and flowers are starting to bloom and spring is finally almost in full force in the Rockies. It has been years since we have lived in the mountains--since spring of 2005--and we are just happy to be back. From my kitchen window as I type this blog, I can see the peaks of several snow covered mountains--so beautiful.
The other great thing about our move is the inundation of family. We have seen family, and even a few long lost friends, every weekend since we have been back. I told Adam that I may never have to cook a Sunday meal again, at least until our novelty wears off, which may be sooner than later. The best part of that is to be able to participate in many of the family events and celebrations over the next few years while we are here. We have been to an end of the year dance concert for my nephews, a graduation for a brother-in-law, and have two impending weddings for little sisters this summer. Nice to be close.
Over Easter weekend, we made our way up to Idaho to spend a few days with the Bagley boys, including an all out egg hunt after church. It was a great weekend full of chickens and candy and lots of cousin fun.
Adam is enjoying his new job, the boys and I are getting adjusted to our new surroundings and life is going well. I am sure dAddie will be on here soon to tell some crazy hilarious stories about our boys soon!!!
