18+ months and one bang trim later, Brigham Golden finally got his first haircut. Much to the elation of his mother and contrasting chagrin of his father, the mullet was finally tamed. After months of putting his hair in clippies and complaining about people making comments about her beautiful daughter, Brig's mom finally said, "Gotta go." It took an endless supply of cookies, an ongoing BYU football highlight film, and super sharp scissors to tame the mullet that was Brig's mane, but he looks like such a big boy now.
Before During After What a handsome big boy.
PS--Here are some pictures of handsome little Calvin. He changes every day and is such a happy, growing little man.
Oh...how cute they are!! We can't decide if we want to cut Daniel's hair on his birthday on the 18th. Most people say cut it at one. I don't want to, Peter does, and I hope I win. He won't look like a baby anymore, and he might lose his cute curls!!! Some people have called him a girl, but it hasn't bothered me...yet. I guess if it starts happening a bunch we'll pull out the clippers and give him a buzz ;) Just kidding, but I can't cut hair and would have to take him somewhere. I wouldn't want to let Peter do it and then be mad if he messed it up. :)
Brig is a handsome little man... I know it's hard to give the first haircut. I think all my boys were about 6 months old :) I can't believe how much Calvin is growing! I know they have a tendency to do that though... Love seeing the pictures!
Michelle and I were sitting around one day and decided that we'd have a kid. Now I think we should say that this was far more difficult than most the kids in my High School made it look but after a few awquard attempts we finally succeeded. And because this is so cool we wanted to share it with every one we know. The story of the kid, that is.
I'm not much of a web designer but I am very able and quick to click the "I Have Read All the Terms and Conditions Tab" at the bottom of any website offering free cool services - like blog space. So now, where ever you are and what ever interest level you may have in our kid, you are welcome to bookmark this page and periodically check up in here for updates or pictures or whatever else Google is silly enough to let us waste their harddrives on.
Michelle and I are crazy excited to be having this little kid and can't wait to see all the new and ingenious ways, beyond that which we have learned from Susan, of how we can screw him up. And we want to share this with you.

What cute little boys. Brig looks so much older with his haircut. Calvin is growing so much already. So cute.
Looking good Brig!
I'm glad you finally had the resolve to de-feminize your man child.
