The Bradbury’s 2009
Living Big in the Abilene Texas Big Country
Here is a little Catch Up on 2009
This year Adam has been flying a ton. He upgraded to aircraft commander (lead pilot and commander of the airplane), he was deployed for 6 1/2 months of the past year--Curacao and Kuwait and he completed 5 master’s classes towards an MBA. All the while Adam still functioned as an amazing dad, awesome Young Men’s leader, and lead fix it man in our house.
Michelle stayed quite busy with two blonde boys and running the house--on many occasions wearing both pair of parental pants. She twice traveled to Utah and Idaho to spend some of her solo time with extended family. She is involved with several different “moms” groups, church groups and squadron spouses activities and keeps busy taking care of house and busy kids while painting walls, doing crafts and exercising like she’s Billy Banks.
Brigham Golden turns 3 on December 22. He talks a mile a minute and has some amazing, and sometimes shocking things to say. Brig started a one day a week preschool and loves books and puzzles. His current greatest love is trains--we always have at least one or two tracks snaking through out house at any time.
Calvin Mackay is almost 21 months old and knee deep in toddlerhood. He is learning many words and how to express himself in many ways - though mostly through fit throwing. He is also crazy about trains and cars and animals. He loves to play and read books and follow his big brother around. Tacky is little but does not let anyone push him around - least of all his brother.
It has been a full year but we have been blessed in so many ways. We are grateful for our family, our friends and our freedoms. We are especially grateful at this time of year for our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Have a wonderful holiday season--love the Bradbury Family!!!
Merry Christmas 2009
