Here is a down and dirty update on our little man.
He is getting big. The dirtiest part of Brig, aside from his constantly crusty face, is the mess he leaves all over the house. I am still fighting the battle for even just the littlest bit of order, but between Brig's innate need for entropy and dad's continual desire for construction, I am about to give up the fight--or just put it off until Brig is in bed for the night.
Brig is learning all of the parts of his body, but you can tell which one is his favorite--and the easiest to find. It is like fingers were made to be stuck in that hole because his seem to be just the right size. The kid is, after all, our little genius.
Golden proverb: A bread in the hand is worth two blankets in the mouth.
Our little family is off to NY, NY to see the sights and our Ransom cousins there. We are excited and will catch you up on our journeys when we return.
Michelle and I were sitting around one day and decided that we'd have a kid. Now I think we should say that this was far more difficult than most the kids in my High School made it look but after a few awquard attempts we finally succeeded. And because this is so cool we wanted to share it with every one we know. The story of the kid, that is.
I'm not much of a web designer but I am very able and quick to click the "I Have Read All the Terms and Conditions Tab" at the bottom of any website offering free cool services - like blog space. So now, where ever you are and what ever interest level you may have in our kid, you are welcome to bookmark this page and periodically check up in here for updates or pictures or whatever else Google is silly enough to let us waste their harddrives on.
Michelle and I are crazy excited to be having this little kid and can't wait to see all the new and ingenious ways, beyond that which we have learned from Susan, of how we can screw him up. And we want to share this with you.
